I think it's a mixture of facility upgrades and better hires the last few years.
It also doesn't hurt that kids like Weller are moving in. I believe his family came from one of the Felicianas a few years back....

Cullen and Dekohta are also 2 very bright/good kids. Dekohta is a freak athlete.
Also, look out for another one in that class of 2027... Lane Billings...

I think both are safe. Hayden's family is LO through and through. Calvin's brother also played at LO recently....
