If she truly has, Borderline Personality Disorder, then she needs help. I know you're trying, but this is beyond the scope of most therapists. She needs to see someone that deals with BPD routinely before she hurts herself or someone else....

One also has to consider that China's infrastructure is basically a blank slate. They can do as they please. Our cities are not designed to accommodate mass transit. It's just not practical without spending trillions in infrastructure that will take decades to build. And I don't know about you...
