A good comparison is Moe's in Metairie on Causeway. They serve a wing meal with two sides and cornbread for $16.00, compared with $23 at Blue Oak (which does not include upcharge for sprouts). Add $2 for a drink at Moe's. I think Moe's wings are better. With the upcharge on the sprouts and more e...

Blue Oak prices

Had Blue Oak for lunch yesterday. 10 wing platter, which comes with two sides. One of the sides was Brussels sprouts which is a slight up charge for some reason. Ordered an ice tea. Price before tip (which they ask for) - $30.11. Insane. Seems at least ten dollars too high right. ...
Ask them to start at ICHRA. Individual insurance through an employer. They contribute what they want and you still get tax advantages. I assume the employer is small. If so, this is not overly uncommon. ...
It is their parent fault who allowed them to be illegally recruited. ...

We just got back from Napa last week. We had stayed in Yountville before, which we loved. We stayed at an AirBnB in downtown Napa this time, which was cool as well. Cannot go wrong. Our driver told us there are about 100 DUIs a month in Napa- having a driver for all days is a must. Regard...

I’ve done Harbour Island once and Exumas twice. While HI was awesome for me it’s clearly Exumas. Getting on a boat and exploring around there is amazing. ...
We stayed at Casa Bella twice and will go back many more times. It is my favorite place in the world. They had 20 foot Boston Whalers they rent to you docked right in their private marina, but they were recently stolen. From what they tell us, they can still get boats for you. https://www.exuma...

Best part about Exumas is exploring sand bars and islands which are empty. Make sure you rent from a place that lets you go outside of the confines of Moriah Cay. Go to Santana’s and get the fried lobster. Pull up to a sand bar and hang for hours in the incredible water. Ask the locals where to ...
