Of course. But as I assume you’re aware it doesn’t take much time or territory in a given state to commit a crime. Even just “passing through” can submit oneself to a particular jurisdiction. Hell i...

I’m not real sure what slo is talking about there. There really is no such thing as “personal jurisdiction” when it comes to criminal law, assuming that’s what the OP is referring to. ...
re: Explain Cracker Barrel, Tractor Supply, Budweiser, Country Music, and NASCAR going woke?

I think at its most fundamental level it all goes back to that age old concept of attention seeking. Many people at the highest levels of these businesses and corporations are striking while their irons are hot and taking as much advantage of their situation as they possibly can. Because they know t...

They can be outvoted. It’s far from impossible or even unlikely, as history bears out. That part is up to us, and I wouldn’t feel too good about it if the election were tomorrow. All I can hope is that something will suddenly snap back in folks. ...

Somebody needs to conduct Operation Silver Turd which involves spiking his morning time ensure that day with weaponized ex-lax. It’s time released, untraceable, all that shite. It’s $600,000 per gram. Sounds like I need to get a job over there with them. ...
but I'm not sure a stiff white guy has a ton of appeal out there.
Well, maybe that’s the exact play here. You remember what happened the last time he selected a stiff white guy. Forget about the second time, talking about the first one.
Could be he’s putting a midwestern type whi...

I can tell we’re not exactly connecting on the same wavelength. Because if so we would probably see that we’re on the same “team” to the extent there is such a thing. ...

Rush, and I am a strong fan of his, he may well have benefited from hitting his stride before the left figured out that there were no rules, there was actually no red line not to be crossed, none of that stuff.
