Looks like common bermuda, but I'm not positive.
Are the stolons spreading horizontally on the surface and tacking down roots? If so, it's bermuda.
This appears to be happening in places. You might just need to mow it low.

You roll over it immediately after if you want. Then cover it with a light layer of peat moss for best results. 1/4” thick
This keeps the birds away and helps hold water for longer....

Chances are, it's just a coated common bermuda.
I wouldn't buy from a site that provides so few details, which is why I prefer Hancock. Also Ronk recommended Hancock ...
