FAIR WARNING! Started gym last April lost 15 pounds within first 6 weeks. Continued working out but weight came back I'm over 50 years old). Trainer informed me the weight came back but came back as muscle as muscle is heavier than fat. Body looks different but I still weigh the same after a year....
