I think he moves into the front office in some capacity. Allen takes over as head coach. Nielsen takes over the d and Carmichael calls the offense. Pretty much keep everything in house....

He’s the best offensive mind in college football also recruits at a high level nation wide we proved in 19 you don’t have to have a top 5 defense to win a championship pair Riley with a solid d coordinator and you will be in the playoff hunt every year...

I’m not really impressed with day or smart as a coach but Ohio state and Georgia have at least been more consistent as a whole organization and recruiting has been great I mean other than 19 we have been so up and down...
