LLC registered in Texas. Items shipped from Texas. Within Texas, obviously I collect and report Texas sales tax. My understanding is when sales are out of state (Louisiana specifically), I don’t have to collect and report sales tax unless I meet Louisiana Nexus. Is this correct? Wha...

Can’t just pull up the carpet. Was thinking interlocking foam gym floor tiles but not sure how those would work on top of carpet. Any ideas? TIA, also I’m sure I’ll get flamed by the OT but send it. ...
