It looks like she was banking on filling 20,000 seat arenas with about 15,000 available seats per show. I don’t think she has that kind of booking power anymore. If she scaled back the flash and shot for 2,500 to 5,000 seat venues, she could probably have a successful tour....

Look at the practice for every other similar case brought in that same jurisdiction for every defendant not named Trump and you should get a good idea of the likely disposition....
