5 mile run in the books 20 minute stretch routine Cooling off on the back deck, about to shower, and eat some eggs, bacon, and toast. Life is good. Where you at OT?...
I haven’t gotten a dime from a parent since I was 14. ...
I’m pretty proud of myself. 6’2”, 47 years old. Hit the gym a lot, run a marathon once a year. Still have all my hair. Prob an OT 7, IRL 9...
