They do, but that is only one consideration when deciding where to put them. Geographic plays a bigger part. ...
If I had a gun with 2 bullets in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and Tony Vitello, I’d shoot Tony twice. ...

The last team without two losses would win.
The SEC tournament used to do this until 2013 (I think) when they expanded from 8 teams to make it bigger, which ...

Because if you took a jackhammer, an industrial grade power drill, and a 12 foot saw, Vitello would still be the biggest tool amongst them. ...

Probably an upper half 2. It’s simply too big of a jump from out to host in 1 week. ...

Take the over. ...
It was double elimination I think until 2013 when they expanded it from 8 teams to 10 (and then 12 the next year). When it was 8 teams, you had a max of 6 games in 5 days. Now with this format, if they kept it at double you’d have 7 games in 6 days which college teams really aren’t built for. ...
Nothing makes me happier for this team than knowing that kid has a ring for the rest of his life. ...

If we needed the auto bid, then sure. But we’re a lock now so save your bullets for the tournament that matters. ...
That would make us the 35th best team in their eyes.
It's not a "snake" bracket where 1, 32, 33, and 64 are all in the same bracket. After 1-16 all 2 seeds are "equal," all 3 seeds are "equal," and all 4 seeds are "equal" and they send them to what makes the most sense geographical...
Maybe Project or someone can confirm how home team works from here on out
I can't confirm, but I think they use the NCAA regional rules. Basically, whoever has been the home team for the least amount of games is home. If that's tied, whoever has been the visitor for the most amount...
Maybe they send LSU to Knoxville because they hate Vitello as much as everybody else.
They can't send us to an SEC regional. Supers, this can happen....
Being the "home" team in the first game....
I'm not watching, just following along so not sure if they've talked about it, but it looks like the next game would be shortly after this one if CSF wins. I thought it might be tomorrow.
It would be 35 minutes after this one is done. ...
