Fast food doesn’t have the value at all when comparing to fast casual places. I’m assuming a family of 4 is spending close to $50 per fast food visit. ...
If AI is the real deal then it will go much higher. I recall in the 90s bio science stocks went way up for a time, dot.com boom in late 90s/early 00. Only a handful of winners here over the long term. I’ve added to my position when it’s dipped below $800. I’ve been in it for more than 10 y...

I’m planning on working part-time once the house is paid off. I’m on pace to retire at 57 or so for full time employment. As long as I have health I do plan to work as long as I’m able. ...

Be careful with commercial real estate. Class A properties tend to be resilient in the current market but a lot commercial space is in a world of hurt as occupancy is not where it needs to be and many buildings are going to have to refinance into higher interest rates. Going to be in Ireland for 3 days in July. Realize can’t see everything on the Island. Flying/starting in Dublin. What would you prioritize? Advise renting a car or train to different parts of the Island?...

I don’t think the limited strikes are that big of deal as of now. Price targets are resetting because of interest rates and realization that interest rate cuts aren’t coming. Earning season next week will give some indication of where the market may go....

I no longer buy stocks on weakness. They have bad organizational culture. It’s one thing to produce poorly made apparel. Lack of safety in planes can kill people. The fact that they’ve deprioritized safety is terrible given their product....
Not shocking. I think any person buying good and services in the real world knew that inflation is still lingering. Getting better than what it was before 1 year ago but still a problem....
