For beginners, if you're going to take lessons, I'd personally do it in person. The reason is an experienced teacher IMO can physically show you the right hand/finger positioning, how to mute unused strings, and generally...

It was returned to the calendar like 4 times, and the session officially ends on Monday. I may be wrong, but I believe normally no votes are called on the final day. So it may be dead for at least another year, at least on a state level. There's word now though that fedgov wants to close the loophol...
