And we passed by the Santa Barbara bowl, no shows while we were there but it was tucked away in a residential area which I thought was very cool. Supposedly you can’t even hear it around that neighborhood due to the bowl design....

Serious question. What is it that people enjoy about this festival? I am asking because it is a good enough time but I have a hard time enjoying some (or most) of the bands that perform. Again, not trying to be negative, just genuinely curious of other opinions....

Wife and I are taking our 12 year old to see them in Dallas on 5/13 and could not be more excited. I only really got into them in the last 5 years, starting with Disintegration, which is indeed a masterpiece.
