Most people aren’t confrontational and won’t off on somebody for something minor like a bottle of water if surprised. I’d like to think I’d knock the hat off that motherfricker though if he did that to me. Notice too he’s also choosing people that aren’t threatening. ...

Chada nooga I went to HS 1 hr from there.
Chattn-ooga. The -an is definitely pronounced but it's extremely short so it sounds like a dropped syllable. Similar to how locals pronounce the New in New Orleans: barely a syllable but it's unmistakably there
This one is good too...
natt and pomegrante juice
I looked into natto and was a little concerned as my doc has me on a low dose aspirin and a statin after a high calc score years ago. Sounds like that stuff is pretty potent when it comes to thinning blood with some noted cases of bleeding and other nasty...
I love the small scene when Theoden comes over the hill and sees what he’s up against. Although it cuts back and forth, you can see a brief look of fear and then he steels himself, frowns and has a subtle “ehhh” growl before he turns and addresses his soldiers. I do this today every time I have ...

Thanks! I’m going to ride this into the summer and then reevaluate. I’m already hitting the wall in my LP on the presses so thinking of switching to the reverse pyramid from the other thread. Getting one more rep in the AMRAP is becoming a struggle. Also, anyone with access to a sled I highly ...

Check this one out gents. 6’5 and going to be 53 in July. Haven’t lifted since 2019 and in Jan decided to get my shite together. Through a little trial and error think I fell bassackwards into some magical combo of exercise, lifting and diet. Discovered my gym had inbody from an earlier thread a...
Any early redemption fee on this?
Nope. It’s a money market holding account…interest paid monthly. ETA: obviously the caveat here is if the Fed starts cutting that return will drop, but unless something happens that breaks money market funds the initial investment is safe. ...
