Shut it down for 1 hour every 24 Hours running. Check the oil before starting back up.
Oil change every 200 hours (or every 2 years if you do not hit that).
Got through 11 days after Ida with that routine....

When you purchase with a mortgage, title insurance is required. It is a one-time premium payment at the closing, and covers false claims to a title.
The only people that should be concerned about it are cash purchasers that waived the title insurance coverage....

I would at least tinker with the AC condenser so it no longer works. They will not pay to get it fixed, and I’ll know they aren’t living comfortably in there.
Other possibilities:
-fleas
-loud grasshoppers/locusts in the yard
-a nail or two at the end of the driveway...

Beer is also way too high. A 6 pack of Miller lite/Coors light is $11.00 by me ($10.49 on the shelf)
The craft beers are $14-16 for a 6 pack.
Sticking with liquor for a while....
