It would seem to me that this post would have been investigated for validity before the Judge sends a letter to both legal teams. While I am expecting a troll, the way this is being handled makes me wonder if there's any fire to the smoke.

As of this posting, Trump has only one post since he signed up for Tik Tok a few days ago and he 3.7 million followers and his one post has over 65 million views at the UFC event...
Biden's account has been up for a good while and he only has 345,000 followers with a ton of posts.
