Next OC Characteristics...

Not going to get into guessing who the next OC is going to be, but here's what I think that person needs to possess to be successful:
-Able to adapt scheme to players (no cookie cutter systems)
-Able to develop, especially at the QB position
-Willing to hit the trail, and hit it hard
-And most critically, is ALIGNED

I'd love to hear what the players think. I don't think we'll see a player protest like Aggie with E-Rob, but you know those guys in the locker room have an opinion.

It’ll be Sloan. Would be kind of stupid not to promote the guy directly responsible for developing JD into the best CFB player in the country. The biggest question would be “will 1 yard to go still be 4-D Chess? Or will we run QB sneak like 99.99% of football?”

TE coach is a must. Someone that knows how to use both in-line guys like Mason/Markway + Flex guys like Pimpton/Green
