re: DK Moore decommits, per Hayes fawcett
In today’s world, I don’t give a frick about recruiting. Until they are literally lined up playing, they aren’t on the team.
Which is why all the chest puffing about the '25 class is way premature. ...
Wish him the best. He been visiting schools like crazy highest bidder will land him that's the vibe I been getting.
Stop with this. Almost every player is trying to get their biggest amount possible. This is why people shouldn't have counted their chickens on the '25 class until th...

A -20 or better winner for the PGA championship would be embarrassing. Definitely dilutes the win of whoever takes it. Thats not a true major championship test. ...
Maybe the European guys but the US guys would come back in a second
They left for a reason. There are some events they want to play, but they didn't want to be forced to play terrible events in bad cities with no appearance fee.
The memorial and the players are probably the 2 t...
Don’t understand the hate against Butker’s free speech rights, plus his audience is Catholic and conservative.
He was invited to speak at a private ceremony at a private Catholic school.
Obviously I don't agree with most of his points, but the dramatics calling what he said "ha...
For the players, it's totally personal. It has nothing to do with business. And I think the feeling is mutual on the LIV side. The LIV players and Greg Norman are all in on LIV Golf and feel the same way about the PGA Tour players.
You couldn't be more wrong. See Jon Rahm's comment...
I can see SSG not rolling over for PIF.
SSG needs LIV and its golfers as much as LIV needs them. SSG will see a much lower ROI without LIV and the PGA in the fold. ...
re: Jay'viar Suggs expected sign to LSU
He just tweeted his thanks for the visit and said “not committed”
Doesn't sound very positive for LSU. This was supposed to be an easy slam dunk backup signing. ...
re: Wilson Alexander has a good article up on the Advocate website about LSU's collective
Posted by The Pirate King on 5/14/24 at 1:46 pm
Bayou Traditions budgeted $8 million for the roster this season. The median amount that SEC collectives will spend on football teams next season is $10 million. He estimated the top end will be $13-15 million
So we're spending half of what the top schools are and we're expecting a ...

Having the players deeply involved in a complex international business deal was dumb to begin with. They're just proving why they were left out for the original framework deal.
Now Cantlay and co have an echo chamber that will eventually kill the PGA or force them to cave when the SSG money runs ...
