Man, I haven’t thought about restless legs in a while. Use to get them after working restaurant work shifts moving non-stop for hours. Would drive me crazy at night. Sorry - don’t know how to resolve.

Restless Legs. They've been getting worse the older I get. It's funny that we call it restless legs because it's not just legs, it's everything.

Diphenhydramine makes it 1000 times worse.

Man, that shite is maddening. The only thing that gives me any relief is to exercise the shite out of them and drink an assload of water.
I did however, have a friend tell me recently that he gets a heck of a lot of relief through a combination of weed gummies and a collagen supplement. Medical marijuana is not yet legal here though, so I’ll have to wait a bit to try that.

Magnesium before bed and the Rx level NEUROPATCH'S...you stick one on your body each day...they work.

So I've heard Magnesium a few times.
I exercise quite a bit, and drink plenty of water.
My next project is in Arizona. I think I'll try magnesium and weed.

Trazodone. I've been taking it for about a decade. Dr first prescribed it and I've been ordering from an online pharmacy ever since. I get 100mg pills and break them into 4ths.
I take one 15-30 min before I want to be asleep. 45 min is usually the longest before it will be ineffective and I have to take another. If I know I wont be able to sleep that quick, Ill take melatonin with it.

Exercise them.
This makes mine worse. If I’ve had a really hard day and been on my feet carrying heavy objects it’s unbearable.
OP, the only natural thing I do is lay on my couch and push my feet against the end of it putting pressure on my legs and it helps some

Get that about every 2 weeks didn't believe this stuff would work but it does. I believe it has a low dose form of quinine. Two of the quick dissolving tablets sublingual and in 15 minutes the leg movements and cramps are completely gone. Either one works, without them takes me an hour to walk it off and only partially resolves at that. Good luck it's a miserable little ailment.

I notice mine usually comes on when my legs get too warm under the covers. I will then pull the covers down and do about 75 bicycle leg rotations with each leg like I'm riding a bicycle upside down. Once I do that I'm usually good for the night. Having an orgasm will usually do it as well!

Do not take a bunch of sinus medicine or Nyquil, seem to set it off bad for me! The shite will drive you crazy, hope it goes away for you.
This! I made the mistake of doubling up on sinus med once, because of sinus problems and thinking it would knock me out on an 8 hour plane flight. Restless legs keep me up entire trip!

Drink plenty of water, stretch, exercise, and make sure to get enough magnesium. Also avoid sugar and caffeine.
