ETA: my life became much easier when I started using a meat thermometer and googling internal temps. No more trying to guess when meat is done.

Just a food chopper with a pull crank. It can chop fruits, vegetables, and nuts. For most things it is easier to use it instead of having to get out the blender or food processor and then having to clean those up. This thing is easy to clean.
