Ok if they want to make things totally fair in the nation. Mandate that all sports leagues on all levels maintain a on and off the field demographic not to exceed no greater or less than 3% difference from the demographics of the United States.

When a league is dominated by white athletes, it’s exclusionary racism. But when a league is dominated by black athletes, it becomes white owners using their players as chattel for entertainment dollars.
