Needing nutrition help

I am located in the Nashville area and looking for a good nutritionist that can help me with my diet. Bonus points if this person can write me out a meal plan that lists what to eat and when.
For reference, I have always struggled with my nutrition and knowing what to eat and when. I have been actively doing HIIT for the past year and feel like I have plateaued. I feel like this is because of my nutrition and my lack of knowledge. My gym does provide me with use of the Avatar app but they don’t provide me with guidance on what exactly I should be eating.
I am not opposed to following a meal plan that is laid out for me. I honestly think I would do better with using the Avatar app if someone told me what exactly to eat.
Any recommendations? Thanks all in advance for your help!
ETA: I am mostly looking to tone up by gaining more lean muscle mass and losing body fat.

I don’t think you need a nutritionist or dietician with your particular goals. You need to lose body fat (weight) while maintaining or perhaps even gaining some muscle.
What you should be eating is 1g/lb of body weight in protein. If you’re 185 pounds, you want to shoot for around that. You can go lower and be fine (around .75g/lb).
After that, it’s literally just balancing calories in and calories out.
For many people, there are particular diets that work better than others. I, for example, can’t handle a lot of sugar or refined carbs without feeling lethargic and bloated. High fat gives me bad heartburn and insomnia. So I use MyFitnessPal to balance out my macros with foods I know make me feel good.

what do you not understand on the avatar app? do you not know how to meat your macros or count macros? we can give you a sample plan. what does the macros say for avatar?

why dont you start lifting some heavy arse weights and stop chasing the cortisol high that comes from HiiT and things like crossfit?
if you are ready for that, i suggest PPSA Grasshopper or greyskull lp aesthetics template i have in the greyskull thread on here

What part of Mid Tn are you located? I ask because I’m in mid Tn myself. LSU777 will steer you in the right direction.
