I know how to count and reach my macros, my struggle is creating an actual meal plan. Call it laziness or just a lack of knowledge. I find myself eating the same things over and over again so I really just want someone to lay it all out for me.
My current macros that were set for me are the following:
Calories: 1600
Protein: 160g (40%)
Fat: 62g (35%)
Carbs: 100g (25%)
My current BMR is around 1200.

Those are tough to hit. How many times are you eating a day and in how long of a window?
I am a picky eater and only eat certain things. So many diets don't work me (it's all about what you eat). I watch a lot of the YouTube fitness people and many of them have great recipes/hacks for hitting your daily goals. It's almost always high protein.
The two main ones I watch are Joey Suggs and Remington James. Lots of great recipes on their channels. Suggs did an air fryer pizza I do 3-4 times a week. Less than 400cal and about 40G of protein. Lots of variety and ways to change it up.
