That’s the size of the studio I lived in tigerland when I was at LSU. Before it turned. And I didn’t have no damn granite either.

Strike marks around the dead bolt, looks like it's been broken into before.

That looks fricking great to me for 800 a month. I can already envision it as a shag pad especially with that awesomr bathroom and shower.

People these days are entitled bitches good lord.

Edit: actually most of the comments on Worldstar point out that it's not too bad or has potential. There may be hope for people yet.

What is wrong with this place? For a single person or young adult just starting out, i’d snatch that up

Only problem is there is no storage, at all. Otherwise, it's a niche place, but there is someone out there that it would work perfectly for. If I worked 16 hours a day and just needed a place to lay my head for a couple of months, it would work prefectly.

crazy in Tamp

Compare, Tampa to NY, or something from California. That same same space is damn sure going to be more than $800 a month in one of the states that led the charge, now the same people bitch about it.

That place actually isn’t bad for a single 18-25 dude.

I was thinking the same until I saw the address: Fletcher and 22nd

They are about to start construction on an apt building that will be 350s.f. units going for about $1000/mo but it will have a pool and clubhouse renters can use.

Dude left out the bedroom part of the living room/dining room….

But really it’s not bad if you single. Can put in a sofa with a Murphy bed and a flat screen on the wall. Pretty much all you need.
