Well what is happening on the pitch is their leader and “captain” is more worried about being a bigger star than the team. Even though she has had a drastic decline in her ability.
It’s like CR7 with Portugal x1000000000, despite her being no where near the star or the quality of player.
Just her walking into the stadium with her suit and shades on compared to the rest of the squad gives off the im bigger than the team vibe

Megan Rapinoe is not a captain. She’s a 38-year old veteran who has played like seven minutes at the World Cup. She knows she’s not good anymore. But haters are still mad at her for last World Cup. Too bad she won that one, she got her champagne and cake but y’all stay bitter.
