I've got the ribs and pork butt down pretty good - just 3-4 hours for the ribs depending on if they are spare, baby back or St. Louis. I got some skinny spare ribs from Riverview Farms in GA a few weeks ago and they were 3 hours and came out good but not a lot of meat on them.

Today, I walked the dogs early this morning and then brunch was a doughnut, a Salty Dog and lobster roll and then a nap for a couple of hours.
