Just started walking again, 2 weeks ago, as I rehab my leg. 2nd week, started mixing in a 1 minute run ever other day, adding 10% more each time. I enjoy the slow pace, peace and quiet, and time out of the house. Leave the phone at home, and no ear buds. Just the sound of birds, squirrels and an occasional car. Average about a 4400 steps, but I only wear my Garmin when I exercise.
