I quit the dip about four years ago using the Zyn. Yeah, I’m a nicotine addict but - as the medical professional in the house (my wife) says, “the bad shite the nicotine is doing isn’t near as bad as what the tobacco does.” Cancer-wise, I guess.

My dentist told me there was a big study conducted while he was in dental school and the results show that smokeless tobacco doesn't really increase your risk of oral cancer very much. According to him, study suggested clear alcohol such as gin and vodka is what raises your risk of oral cancer.
