Yep. If she hooked up with or sexted anyone in that 72 hour period, the Defense will "leak" all the details to make her look like a slut. Guaranteed. This has to be the ultimate kick in the face to the family if they drag her through the mud.

Might be hoping she sent a text along the lines of "I'm going to get plastered and hook up with a rando".

Probably won't find it but it's the only way to get around her blood alcohol level.

Prosecution has to turn over any exculpatory evidence they may have this her cell phone data. Can be a mistrial if they don't.
