You really can't blame him for taking advantage of our stupidity. The US lacks common sense. A simple solution to this problem is to stop accepting asylum claims and start a deportation process. The US has no moral obligation to take on the world's problems and problematic people. Dictatorship or not, EL Salvador is thriving and its citizens are quite happy these days. Gangs virtually eliminated meaning the streets are safe again, Bitcoin is bringing wealth to the citizens, and people are working. He doesn't want anything to do with the US, Russia, or China for obvious reasons, hence Bitcoin. He's disgusted of what US society has become and he is a practicing Catholic. Why are people hating on this guy?
