He just made his proclamation, accepted the key to the city, kissed LaToya’s fat arse, and made a few jokes.
I actually know some folks who are friends with John Eastman, the new Rex, and the word is that he is a great guy and a huge LSU Tiger fan.

Our Rex had the same name as a US President. His soul died decades ago, not sure about his body. I figured he just murdered his screen name and started over.

And it's pretty much impossible to look up. His real name is the same as someone famous, so even if you search name + location you still get the other guy.

Yep, and really helped Coolidge when he was approaching his end. So Rex gets lots of bonus points for that. But he was a very strange guy with dumb ideas.
