Sealing new concrete driveway

Just had a new driveway poured. Is there any reason to seal it with one of the acrylic or polyurethane products?

no, you only seal interior spaces like a garage

You could. Just realize that just like any clear finish used outdoors it's not going to be permanent. UV, tire wear will break it down over time. And you can bet that it won't weather evenly. Some spots will look better than others.

I wouldn’t. It’s possible you might slip and bust your arse when it’s wet. Also, as someone already noted it can look patchy. Especially if an inexperienced person applies it.
