20 pages incoming of SFP defending Willis

Have you seen his post count? He will absolutely reuse to allow a 23-page filing to keep his response under 30+ pages

How corrupt is the State Bar of Georgia? Would they dare go after an Obama/Biden Soro's plant BLACK FEMALE?

Thats the problem in GA. The6, like Kemp and Rattfricker, are being told to go along to get along. Otherwise, Soros bucks will purchase their challenger in the next round of elections. Dey scurred

So they just say theres nothing in the law to stop a semi-retarded county DA from going after the leading candidate from the opposing party

The only way you could have made this better is using "your" instead.

Would this have been filed if she wasn’t prosecuting Trump? Probably not.

Just more lawyers weaponizing the law for political gain.

Trump will still be tried. At best, she will receive a strongly-worded admonishment from the Georgia bar and potentially not be re-elected.

Focusing on Willis does nothing to negate the fact Trump is on trial or the laws he broke in GA.

Ask yourself: is anything Trump did/said in Georgia presidential? Would Reagan have done the same thing?

Be very specific, what laws were broken?

There is no indication this issue wouldn't have come up with any case where she appointed Wade as SADA, because it seems like it was pretty well known in that legal community that they were engaged in a relationship.

In fact, Trump's attorneys aren't the ones who even started this whole thing. They just jumped on at the end.

Her problem is possibly lying under oath, which has nothing to do with the Defendant.

Allegedly, RICO, among others.

Please, try to show the criminal conspiracy organization here. The one formed to conduct criminal activity that would be required for RICO.

The allegations are in the indictment. The prosecution already has a few felony convictions that could count towards the "racketeering activity" required of the statute, as well as cooperation from those defendants to define that enterprise. That's the biggest issue for Trump, currently.

*ETA: Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting false statements and writings, which is a RICO predicate.

I believe Cheesebro's conviction also counts as a predicate

Remember a conspiracy requires only a meeting of the minds and an overt act to further the conspiracy.

It could have been formed in the moment Trump asked coconspirators to “find more votes.”

It doesn’t have to be this Mafia-level conspiracy you’ve seen in the movies.

Do you not have a link to the indictment?

Don’t worry about it, attacking me is going to make it disappear
