Planning a Sunday-Friday trip out of New Orleans with family of 6(kids are 20/18/15/11) We did Jackson Hole last summer and Zion the one before. Kids favorite so far has been outside Zion doing laid back off the path hikes.
Looking this summer at the following areas:
1: Seattle and drive to North Cascades
2: Fresno and drive to Yosemite
3: Montrose Colorado and stay at family members house in Ouray
4: Salt Lake City and head to Moab area/Dinosaur Park
5: Phoenix and head towards Sedona/Grand Canyon
Any and all suggestions appreciated!

Regarding the Grand Canyon, I recommend staying inside the park. It's a bit more expensive but it's an overall better experience. Honestly, two full days in the park is plenty, IMO. Grand Canyon is one of those places that pictures or video just don't do it justice. Big WOW factor.

We're doing Yosemite and Cali coast this year, but the trip is a little longer than your timeframe.
Montrose/Ouray/Telluride is on our radar and we may try that next summer.
Did Phoenix/Sedona a couple of years ago an it was just okay. We didn't hit the GC though

Guess I'd bring in the temperature of some of those locations that time of year! I'd take Yosemite personally out of that list.
My vote...
Fly into Calgary and go to Banff and/or Lake Louise.
OR..
Fly into Seattle and tour the Olympic Peninsula.

Moab and the Grand Canyon get hot in the summer, but all great options

Sacramento/Tahoe/Yosemite.

I’d do this if you haven’t before. You can spend the whole time at Yosemite. If you go later in the summer, Tioga Road will be open so you can explore the high country as well.
