Well, I wouldn't just throw annuities under the bus. Depends on what type. We converted a sizeable portion of our IRAs to annuities about 10 years ago. Still do 401k at work and have a couple of ROTH IRA accounts, but most of the retirement money is in annuities. We heavily researched this ...

Watched it last night. It was an entertaining movie in a kind of "Escape From New York" or Walking Dead kind of way. Kept waiting for "Snake" Plissken to come save the day in DC, but alas, the forces of good prevailed over anarchy. DC FAFO with California. Strange Alliance with Texas? Florida Men...
