It may be easier to get but the big is much easier to incorporate into the team.

Get a big, and they very easily slot into the 5, either starter or backup depending on quality.


The ball handler is much more tricky. Even if the dude is a better point guard and facilitator than CJ, losing CJ's shooting would be too much to overcome IMO. So if a more traditional PG is taking over for CJ, there needs to be a plan in place to not lose any volume shooting. We need to at the very least stand pat on 3pt attempts, we can't go down, that would essentially have us darn near dead last. We don't have efficient enough dudes to overcome that.
