Deion is in the spotlight. People are going to say things about him. It comes with the territory. Every negative tweet doesn't necessitate him defending his father's honor, especially how he did it.

This kind of stuff is going to end up having Deion on a very short leash because school administrators can't think this is a good look for their school or athletic department. The shine from winning a few games to start last season has worn off and Deion and his son are making headlines for everything except winning football games. Constant circus but without enough wins to justify putting up with the nonsense.
