That plant has always been a health hazard and has already been in a race against the EPA prior to the Biden administration.

The lessor also gave the OP options to stay once he said he would be moving out.

Most leases pretty clearly state that you have to give advanced notice if you are not renewing your lease.
I've always received a reminder a month before that advanced notice cut off with potential renewal options...
