This have been a thing in the Methodist church for a while now and has caused a major split in the Church.
I can't see Baptists ever allowing it.

There are some Baptist congregations that accept this Gay stuff but, not the Southern Baptists.

This one may still be in the barn. I heard a young Baptist pastor at an event a few weeks ago and his lisps were all I heard.
He could be the straightest Baptist pastor out there with a few kids and a wife. But if you closed your eyes and listened to his voice, he sounded like a pole smoker.

"Split in the church" means that some Methodist churches have dis affiliated with the Methodist symbols and have changed their name where the word "Methodist" is not in the title. If you are a bible preaching church preacher, why would you even entertain marrying the same sex couples? The Methodist churches who don't dis affiliate show their true colors and go against the teachings of the bible and are a disgrace to the congregation that they are FALSE teaching to. It's very sad and these are the times that we are living in.
