I’ve practiced on both sides of the bar and have yet to see a 7 figure case where expenses were remotely close to a contingency fee. Perhaps that may be true in a large toxic tort case. You also said Plaintiff’s attorneys charge by the hour to clients so I suspect you are out of your element.
