This is why this country is not meant for everyone. Its meant for productive, moral people. Unproductive, unmoral people use our civil protections to persecute their neighbors and get away with it. Its a social contract...that is now being broken daily

That's a different conversation and one I'm willing to have but that's not the system we currently operate under. I would say the fact that she only dismissed charges against "half" of them is because the State didn't do their part in proving they were there. I may be wrong and if I am then I retract what I said and will agree she is an activist judge doing progressive things.
