I'm glad to hear it they have squats twice a week. I am seeing lots of strength gain this month on Clean the House. They have back squats and front squats every week.

I’m only doing front squats now. Just lowering my max from my back squat.

Time to ditch the fancy gym membership and get back to the garage PPSA lifts. That’s where the gains and consistency really are.
