Couple of others folks didn't mention that I liked; both are famous:
Debra Messing in the "Anti-Dentite/Yada yada" episode.
Courtney Cox in the episode where she pretended to be his wife in order to get a 25% discount at the dry-cleaners.
And one who is NOT the hottest:
Catherine Keener as the artist who plagiarizes Neil Simon's "Chapter 2"
