Do they really believe the current rostered team can win a championship, and are willing to pay the ridiculous repeater tax again, as well as the other restrictions they'll get?

I think they do and their owner isn’t that concerned with monetary issues. I mean you don’t trade for Harden and not resign him. He actually played decent this season and wouldn’t be surprised if he has an understanding of signing a long term deal.

Who the hell says “They’re happy in Cleveland” lol.

Cleveland is literally the shittiest place to live; he’s lying through his teeth.

It seems like Garland/Allen is a target that makes sense for both teams.

BI/Nance for Garland/Allen does indeed work straight up. Its just a matter of who needs to add value where. I assume us, at least 21, but I'm not sure how much more it would take.

I think BI is the get in that trade and we help get them off of Allen. I don't think we should be giving up trade assets to make this work.

I guess it depends on how you look at it.

Allen is worth more in a vacuum than Nance, a lot more.

Its debatable as to who is worth more out of BI and Garland I would wager, given Garland is under long term contract.

Since Cleve is dropping them drawers

If I need to give up Lakers pick to keep Herb then I do that too.

Both teams get what they want.

Explain to me how is this an overpay when you have to make the money work.

No one is taking Larry without picks attached. I operate in reality.

Larry is on an expiring deal, no money after this season, and he’s actually on a good contract for what he provides, so I don’t understand why you think we have to pay to send him out.

Garland is a negative asset due to his contract that is about 10-15 million a year to high, so if you want to consider Larry a bad asset at a 12 million expiring then ok they balance out and Larry for Garland is a wash.

BI for Allen is an overpay by itself, much less adding Dyson AND picks to that.

Swap Allen for Mobley then we talk

If yall think WE Devalue BI, yall should go look at some NBA boards.

I saw one national board trade proposal and were giving up Dyson and like 3 picks along with BI for Garland.
