Zion has absolutely made things difficult for BI and with his injury history he may continue to make things difficult for any costar. That's a big reason why I have Dejounte Murray as my top target. He's been the #1 at an All Star level before if Zion does go down, but he's also already eaten the humble pie and transitioned to a proper #2 role for when Zion is healthy. I'm hoping that means he can go back and forth if needed.

Hope in one hand and shite in the other, I guess. Asking anyone to bounce back and forth between 2 entirely different roles is going to hamper their efficiency in both roles. Basically, trading BI goes 100% all-in on a guy who has never finished a season.

I agree that we have to replace BI's creation if we trade him, I just don't think it's going to magically fix the root issue, which is that Zion's game is kind of self-limiting to your roster. Zion absolutely needs to find a way to become more effective off the ball or he will never reach his potential. Imagine if he could have hit some of those wide-open threes he was given all year. Imagine if he could provide some spacing on his own, then you could develop a more balanced roster.
