I try to drink a good bit of water
Also add in daily AG1 and some benefiber powder mixed in as well.
I can tell if I haven’t done the benefiber for a few days as I’ll start to get backed up
But it works. I never have to strain or anything.

Gotcha. I'm on a tricyclic and the constipation it causes is ridiculous. Really don't want to have to start taking an additional script (Linzess, etc) just to counteract the side effects of the initial drug. May just have to taper off and find something else
