I'm dying to see how you justify over 17k ballot images without corresponding paper ballots were reinserted into the "final recount" that were stated as being for the purpose of "balancing" the GA vote totals.

There's nothing to justify, because that didn't happen in the way you're claiming.

Because the lower courts were ruling nobody had standing.
That moved the casrs to the next level, and the to the GA Supreme Court where the proper ruling was given... citizens do have standing.
That sent it down.... to be ruled on again.
This is the process being dealt with.
