Most prime time NFL games have 20-30 million viewers. Do you honestly believe that these games will have less viewers than that? I’m willing to bet it would be at least equal if not greater, particularly if the teams have good records and the games are good.

83 million subscriptions. Well over half the country has access to it.

amazon prime has about 168 million subscribers in the US, and the NFL on Prime averaged 11.68 million viewers in 2023. and that was an increase of 24% from 2022

so yes, i'm willing to bet that Netflix will much MUCH fewer than 20 million viewers, considering that it has a smaller subscriber base than Amazon Prime

$75. The basic streaming packages now start at that price

I don’t know about that. We do Amazon Prime, Disney+, Max, and Paramount+ for a year at a time. We also pay monthly for the add versions of Peacock and Hulu, with a student discount both apps combined are like $5 a month. Between all 6 apps the price equals to around $60 a month.

Netflix has 270 million worldwide subscribers, I’d bet those Christmas Day games get more than 11.68 million viewers.

And the Thanksgiving games averaged over 34 millions last year. The Netflix games will be much closer to that number than random shitty Thursday games.

Not anymore when you have to subscribe to one service to watch games one wekekend, and another service for this weekend, and so on.

Since when? This doesn’t happen but either you knew that and are being dishonest or you don’t know that and are ignorant and loud.

Y’all will whine about everything on here. The reality is most of y’all are either too lazy to turn on Netflix, too ignorant to figure out how to use it, or too poor to pay >$10 for a month of it. The reality is that the NFL nor Netflix will skip a beat without your viewership but y’all keep beating your chest over this like it matters one iota.

Makes me wonder what's in it for Netflix.

Same thing that’s in it for cable networks, ad revenue

NFL again proves it does not need fans, but they think you “need” them and will pay, one way or another, for the product they provide.

Netflix has been slowing dipping their feet into live content. A large captive audience is the most valuable resource in television and nothing provides that more than the NFL.

Netflix will be in a major player in college football streaming in the 2030s.

You nailed your schtick perfectly.

So you don’t need to subscribe to at least two different streaming services currently to watch certain nfl games?

I’ve said repeatedly, I don’t have prime or Netflix and I’ll be watching any nfl game that I want to.

While you continue to shill for Netflix for some reason. It’s really odd lol

Or we don't have it and aren't going to sign up just to see a handful of games.
