BREAKING: bag of cocaine found at the Capitol Police Headquarters bldg

Police are investigating after a one-inch ziplock bag of cocaine was found in a 'heavily trafficked' area a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol building.
The illicit drug was found on the second floor of the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) headquarters on Wednesday just before 1:00 p.m. ET.
Taking bets on how they'll say that it's misplaced evidence.

Why is this "news"?
Nothing will come of it. No one will be found guilty. Bags of coke in the WH yielded nothing, same as that Dem staffer twink getting railed on video in a Senate Chamber.

Why would they leak this to the press? This is an event that is isolated within the department itself meaning they could easily just brush it under a rug.
They leaked it for a reason

Years ago, we found some marijuana in a break room at a gas plant with minimal security. We identified the owner within 4 hours.
